What the pilot stores
Your sign-in account identifier and email; your business name and reply email; customer names and email addresses you enter; quote service descriptions, values, dates, status, notes, and follow-up activity. Sample data in the demo is fictional and is not saved to your account.
How it is used
We use these records to provide your quote workspace, prepare drafts, and maintain activity history. The pilot does not read your inbox, connect to WhatsApp, collect card details, or deliver email automatically. Data is not used for advertising or model training by this application.
Founder connections
The founder can save Zoho CPaaS and Paystack API credentials in encrypted connection storage. The application returns connection status without returning saved key values. A founder-triggered email test sends only to the founder’s signed-in address. Paystack connection testing reads the plans API. A separate founder-only billing lab can create simulated plans, checkouts, and subscriptions using a Paystack test key. It verifies payment events and supports cancelling test subscriptions. It does not enable paid customer billing. Paystack hosts checkout; this application does not store card details or card authorisation data.
Hosting and access
The service uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting and Cloudflare-backed application storage. Email/password authentication, email verification and password recovery use Google Firebase Authentication. Passwords are passed securely to Firebase and are not stored in our application database or logs. Provider-issued sign-in and renewal tokens are held in secure, HTTP-only browser cookies. Firebase sends verification and recovery emails using its hosted action pages. The original ChatGPT sign-in remains available for existing pilot accounts. Email accounts and original accounts have separate records; matching email addresses do not merge workspaces. These services may process data outside your country. The application scopes workspace access to the signed-in account. The operator can access stored data for support and operations. Avoid sensitive personal information in quote notes.
Retention and control
Records remain until you delete them or request their removal. You can export quote records, delete an individual quote and its history, or delete all account records in Settings. Contact us for assistance or before using this pilot for a regulated workflow. Hosting-provider backups and operational logs may follow their own retention schedules.
Before uploading customer data
Only enter information you are authorised to use for the customer's requested quote. Respect requests to stop contact. Businesses remain responsible for their customer relationships. Additional processing terms and review are required before a general paid launch or automatic delivery.
